Zucchini Bread

This is the recipe I got from my general manager at Borders.

3 cups white flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
3 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp baking powder

3 eggs, beaten
1 cup oil
2 cups sugar
2 cups zucchini, shredded

Add dry ingredients, and mix until blended.

Pour into two loaf pans, and bake at 325 for approximately one hour.
