Parmesan Potatoes

Cut:
6 medium potatoes
into quarters or sixths, lengthwise

Melt:
6 Tbsp butter

Mix:
6 Tbsp parmesan
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic
1 tsp parsley
pepper to taste

Heat oven to 425.

Melt a little butter on a cookie sheet. Dip the potato slices in butter, then coat in parmesan mix.

Place on cookie sheet and bake for 20-30 minutes, turning once.
